RNA was extracted from the anterior cerebella of P4 mice using Trizol (Invitrogen) according to the manufacturer's instructions. ChIP lysates clarified from sonicated nuclei and histone-DNA complexes were isolated with antibody. Libraries were prepared according to Illumina's instructions.
